Selfable (tm)
The Survival Tool for the new Millennium Scroll Down for more information

The Selfable(tm) workshop is a new and innovative workshop that
teaches the techniques for

* Self-Recognition
* Self-Reliance and
* Confidence.

Do you have any problems when you interact with other people?
Do you use proactive measures for conflict resolution?
The Selfable workshop is designed to improve problematic situations.

The Shamrock and the four-leaf clover
were the original symbols that served as reminders
for the 3 Levels and the 4 Parameters
referred to in the Shamrock Theory.

As the workshop evolved a matrix was
developed to enable applicants of the theory
to have a tool or reference.

The acronym CART was used for
quick recall of the paramters.

The Selfable(tm) Workshop was developed from
research designed to address relationship issues.

Issues such as focused communication
and productive decision making
along with breaking the Cycle of Abuse
and valuing your personal potential are explored.
